Where Hope Resides

Through research, strategic partnerships, and innovative models of care, StreetLightUSA strives to be the nationally recognized leader in restoring the lives of adolescent girls, who are victims of sexual trauma. StreetLight USA, located in Phoenix AZ,  has received girls from across the United States.
 
Project Goal: To restructure process for staff that includes on-boarding, training, annual refresher training and mid-year & end-of-year-end performance reviews.

DC Bar Fondation

The DC Bar Foundation is a 501(c)(3), located in Washington DC, USA, whose mission is to fund, support, and improve legal representation of low-income DC residents through grants to civil legal aid providers, training and technical assistance for legal aid organizations and their attorneys, and loan repayment assistance for legal aid attorneys. DCBF is committed to the vision that residents of the District have equal access to justice, regardless of income.
 
Project Goal: to have a defined recruitment process (anchored in best practices) and the tools in place to aid the DC Bar Foundation staff and board members with prospecting new board member candidates.

ASQ is a knowledge-based global community of quality professionals, with nearly 80,000 members promoting and advancing quality tools, principles, and practices in their workplaces and communities. ASQ, a nonprofit organization, develops and publishes standards used for quality control in a wide array of industries. ASQ Mission - “to increase the use and impact of quality in response to the diverse needs of the world”.
 
Project Goal: To increase the number of Regional Councilors to promote, design and deliver unique and inspiring activities.

Grand Canyon University, located in Phoenix AZ, prepares learners to become global citizens, critical thinkers, effective communicators and responsible leaders by providing an academically challenging, values-based curriculum from the context of our Christian heritage. Grand Canyon University is a for-profit university in Phoenix, Arizona.
 
Project Goal: to increase sustainable enrollment in Business Process Design courses to promote certification, skills and employment opportunities for undergraduate students while  maintaining course candidate quality levels and course profitability.

APPA

The American Pastured Poultry Producers' Association (APPPA) is a nonprofit educational and networking organization, located in Florida, USA, dedicated to encouraging the production, processing, and marketing of poultry raised on pasture. APPPA exists to facilitate the free flow of creative ideas. APPPA passionately embraces humane, people-friendly, environmentally enhancing, pasture-based production models.
 
Project Goal: To increase the number of members, reduce turnover, and support members with education opportunities. All new member producers know and understand the limitations and challenges at each production level benchmark, including labor, processing, equipment, feed costs, regulatory demands, profit potential, and economies of scale at each stage.

ASQ - FDCD

The ASQ FDC division offers to the global Quality community two professional certifications focused on FDA regulatory compliance in the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic industries. Material in English pertaining to those certifications includes study books, certification exams, exam practice questions, and online and live refresher courses. Few pieces of those materials are translated to other languages.
 
Project Goal: To offer to the Latin American Quality community two professional certifications, including supporting material, focused on FDA regulatory compliance in Spanish.

YWCA

The YWCA is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. Partnering with women and families in need, empowering them to envision and achieve a successful future.  The Rochester YWCA helps 800-1000 people annually.
The YWCA of Rochester & Monroe County is a powerful resource in our community. It helps women and girls who are faced with personal crises including homelessness and teen pregnancy. It also works hard to dispel stereotypes and promote racial justice. Our goal is to empower women to regain control of their lives and to get on the path to a healthy, successful future.
 
Project Goal: To update/refresh the physical appearance, uses and atmosphere of the Community room at the local YWCA to better meet the needs of the women and children who use the community room.

StormBreaker Brewing’s mission is to be a staple to the local community by providing the best brewed beer, craft-cocktails, cuisine, service, and atmosphere so friends and family alike always have a place they can relax to enjoy good company time and time again. StormBreaker Brewing (SB) is a micro-brewery/brewpub in Portland, OR.
 
Project Goal: Promote an environment that fosters healthy communication streams top-bottom, bottom-top, and laterally as to instill education, build trust, enhance effectiveness and efficiency, and increase morale. Have a system in place by 2017’s end.

Establish sustainable accommodations in the US, UK and Africa (Nigeria)!
Family-based initiative for 62 members - made up of immediate (6), extended (36), friends (20+). Satisfying the need for sustainable accommodation suitable for a nomadic family in the process of “putting down roots”. Settling down is being driven by various factors such as retirements, work & school locations, vacation needs, desire to have a permanent place, etc. Initiative has a global focus due to the areas members are located i.e. across the US, UK and Africa (Nigeria). Homes are needed in these 3 locations.
 
Project Goal: Develop 3 sustainable homes in 3 countries on 3 continents within the next 2 years.

Waste-Free Advocates

A 501(c)3 non-profit organization with primary focus in the Portland, OR metro area
Oregon’s oldest citizen-based, grassroots group dedicated to creating a sustainable future through local efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle. Since 1987, RA has achieved success through the Master Recycler program, elimination of food containers and plastics, development of e-waste and bottle bills, and advocate for other environmental legislation at the state level. As RA looks to the future, the non-profit wants to take a lead role in an initiative that has a specific impact on the environment. RA is also looking to build a new identity for the next 30, 50, 100 and 1500 years in the future.
 
Project Goal: Improve avoidance (bring your own, or use in-store cups) of disposable coffee cups at the pilot coffee shops from less than 2% to over 25% (on average across pilot shops) by the end of 2017.

It has locations all along Chile, with its main facility in Cerrillos, Santiago de Chile.
