A Few Words About Me
Ginger Rockey-Johnson is a BADASS and the IT, Marketing & Communication Director at SHERPA Institute since 2017, brings four decades of experience in communication, team-building, and dynamic culture & process changes that sustain and improve company’s bottom line. She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a Sustainability Coach, a certified trainer and statistical process improvement expert. At Sun Microstamping, Lear Corporation, and multiple manufacturing suppliers, she led over 100 Six Sigma projects. She has analyzed statistical data to identify improvements in process, procedures, and society concerns. She facilitates cross-functional teams to make dramatic cultural changes and improvements in company’s profit and/or reduction of spending/waste. Her community engagement work as Chief Operations Officer of Mama G's Home for Teens, Teen Advocate for Youth in foster care, and Chief Operations Officer at Garage 5:17 utilizes her expertise in SHERPA CISR SOFAIR methodology to improve the lives of youth and young adults statewide. Ginger has frontline experience with these invisible, vulnerable and underserved populations. Her career as an international speaker and marketing consultant reflects strong communication skills, while her academic background includes Bachelor of Science degrees in Sociology, Behavioral & Mental Health, Psychology, Business, and Finance.
